Reliance Digital wanted to carry out a complete in-store experience revamp for its stores through engaging visuals, graphics and communication. The objective was to reflect a brand language of ‘Personalizing Technology’ in the retail store, thereby giving the retail outlet an edge over e-commerce and online retail for consumer durables.
This was a first-of-its-kind solution done in a retail store, which engaged, educated and empowered customers to make their ideal choices. Unique buying guides were designed for major product categories. These buying guides through form, communication, visual cues and graphics, demystified technology for the average Indian consumer. This allowed every customer to understand the ideal product for their specific need.
The complete store provided a personalized experience for customers through strategic navigation signage, use of experiential icons and chat boxes enclosed. A neutral design palette with brand colours as highlights, enabled the multi-brand outlet to establish its own identity while maintaining the spatial integrity of brands and products offered under its roof.
