Indias largest organized chai retailer, Chai Point, runs a service dubbed as "vending as a service" or VaaS, which provides IoT enabled, contactless vending machines to customers, powered by a state-of-the-art and end-to-end process control system. The service, operational since 2016, now provides authentic, high-quality chai, coffee, and snacks to 2000+ clients, ranging from hospitality institutions to corporate spaces, medical institutions, and residential societies.
