Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) came up with two virtual employees named Shubh and Labh to create awareness amongst their employees about the various benefits offered by the company. These characters were created to reach out to every employee within RIL to explain the benefits that the organisation offers besides monetary compensation via animated dialogues.
