Tender Cuts, an established e-retail chain was stepping into brick and mortar format, with a large plan of multiple retail outlets in a franchise model. Since the physical space was already populated with multiple levels of meat outlets, starting from the local butcher to premium meat markets and supermarkets, it was crutial for correct positioning of the Tender Cuts retail outlets and a retail experience unique to the brand.
