Wall climbing is a mentally and physically demanding sport! It often tests an individuals endurance, strength, agility, balance and mental control. The sport is unique as there’s no end to different routes and courses one can encounter while climbing. Sport climbing on an artificial wall surface was officially confirmed as an additional sport for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games by the IOC Session in Rio de Janeiro in August 2016.
